I was born in Switzerland, the cradle of hospitality and quality service. Subsequently, I graduated from the prestigious Swiss school of hotel management Les Roches, and after my visit to famous establishments in London, Palm Beach and the management of a restaurant led by Pedro Subijana, I opened my own catering business in Madrid. There is no greater joy than enjoying good food. Cooking and gastronomy are the best marriage. I invite you to come and enjoy with me one of the greatest pleasures of life, eating.
